👉 All our products are made from organic cotton and recycled materials, certified by GOTS, OEKO‑TEX, OCS, and GRS standards. We are committed to using only eco-friendly, responsible fabrics.

2️⃣ How are the items printed?

👉 We use eco-friendly, water-based inks that are certified OEKO‑TEX ECO PASSPORT. Our printing process is 100% vegan and free of toxic chemicals.

3️⃣ Where are your products made and shipped from?

👉 All items are printed, packed, and shipped from France, using plastic-free, recyclable packaging.

4️⃣ How long does delivery take?

👉 Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
Delivery across Europe usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

5️⃣ Do you offer free shipping?

👉 Yes! We offer Free Shipping on orders over €60.

6️⃣ Can I return or exchange an item?

👉 Since every item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

👉 Occasionally we love to surprise our eco-community with small gifts or thank-you notes in selected orders as a token of appreciation.
